Speech Act refers to any act of social interaction involving three parts: speaker/ writer, hearer/ reader and context which has important requirements regarding the first one, for example, he/ she has to utter something understandable and express an intention.

Speech Act: A speaker or writer creates a speech act when he or she utters something understandably and comes to an understanding with to the hearer or reader within a certain context and under certain requirements.

Most of your definitions are quite right. I wouldn't use, however, words such as "aspects" in the first part of the definition. Instead, I'd use "utterance" or other similar terms.
